The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has that it is investigating a number of companies operating in the country鈥檚 asphalt market.
It said it was looking at whether the companies have engaged in 鈥減rohibited cooperation鈥�.
The authorities have not named specific companies. However, Swedish contractor Peab has it is cooperating with the probe and has 鈥渮ero tolerance of any forms of irregularities鈥�.
GRK has that the FCCA conducted an unannounced inspection at the offices of its Finnish subsidiary and that no information is available about the investigation.
The authority has not given a timeframe for its investigation.
