Skanska has worth $240m with the Norwegian Directorate of Public Construction (Statsbygg) to build the second largest building in Oslo’s new government quarters.
The 26,800 sq m project has been designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding certification.
Construction is due to start in January 2025 and be completed in September 2029.
